Won’t charge, barely used.
Purchased in June 2023 and also purchased a seat adapter for it. The hoverboard would always act like it was being pressed with the seat so couldn’t use it. The worst part is that not even a year later with barely a handful of days worth of use out of it and we discover that it will not charge. Product only comes with a 90 day limited warranty so can’t exchange it. Would not recommend.

Ordered 2 units as Christmas presents, one of them didn't work (battery wouldn't charge) after lots of troubleshooting and frustration it was determined that it was defective. (as online forums this seems to be quite common on this model) got a replacement. The "new" unit arrived a few days later and the "new replacement unit" already had some scuff marks and the warranty seals missing (see pictures). I wish I could just return these items and go with a different brand/model but that would kill the "Kids Christmas Magic" would not recommend this product, reporting to Amazon as product not as described.

 Great, but little things need to be fixed. The cover for the charger port does not cover the charger port all the way. It sticks up on one side. There’s lights on the front and the side and then on the back. Even just a small red light is all it would need. This is not good for safety if kids are riding it in the early morning or late hours. But my nine and seven-year-old can do it very well and have enjoyed it. Great price.
